Sober Companion
Geoff offers continuous, one-on-one support to individuals in recovery, often staying with them for extended periods to ensure they remain sober. This role includes accompanying clients to events, helping them manage triggers, and providing emotional and practical support to maintain their sobriety.

Sober Transport
Geoff provides safe, reliable transportation for individuals in recovery, ensuring they get to and from treatment centers, home visits, therapy sessions, or other necessary appointments without the temptation or risk of relapse.
Working with Geoff
The Process
Initial Interview
Geoff will conduct an interview, either in person or by phone, to understand the client's situation and immediate needs.
Geoff will consult with family members or loved ones (if permitted by the client) to understand family dynamics and each member’s perspective.
Geoff will connect with the client’s other treatment providers to learn how I can be of most help.
Developing a Plan of Action
Geoff will develop a plan of action that supports the client's journey to a purposeful, happy life free of addiction.
Some examples include:
Developing a strong sense of belonging in the recovery community.
Getting a sponsor in a 12-step program and setting up a regular meeting time each week.
Attending all therapy sessions and complying with any legal requirements.
Creating a healthy lifestyle with exercise and good eating habits.
Helping with the Next Steps
Integrating back with family.
Getting a job, going back to work, or going back to school.
Finding a place to live.
Debt and financial management.
Relationships.
